"Fraudulent Business! In September Monica called me to "help" me get a new policy on my vehicle because my estranged husband took me off of our policy. He was the primary account holder and did it without my knowledge. She told me she could not give any more details about the policy that was co owned and paid for by myself and my "husband" since I was not the policy holder but she was more them happy to try to sale me a new one. Fast forward to today this State Farm called me to tell me that my policy just ended today, in April...what!?! Before you couldn't even give me any information about the policy I was paying for because it was canceled and the whole time I had insurance with this business?!What a scam!!! ***RESPONSE TO OWNER** I appreciate your response and respect businesses that uphold their policies. However, there is a clear inconsistency between the policy you have cited and your agency’s actual conduct. If this were strictly a matter of policy, I am confused as to why your office has been so proactive in initiating contact with me regarding my insurance. My records show this outreach began with email correspondence on September 2nd, followed by multiple phone calls from your agent who provided quotes for a new policy while knowing that I was still covered by your business. This was all done under the guise of me being removed from my current policy in a high-pressure sales tactic. Every update I have received regarding my insurance has been initiated by your office. Most notably, your agent called me on April 27th specifically to state that my coverage expired that day and to ask if I would like to renew, confirming that I was still covered when being pressured to buy additional coverage months before. It appears your policy is only invoked when I have questions or concerns, yet it is set aside when your agents want to solicit a sale. I am looking for transparency and consistency—not a situation where policy is used as a shield against accountability while being bypassed for sales opportunities."

"Not rated for product or services. *********** The same is the case here. I receive an overwhelming amount of junk mail frequently. Most of it contains inaccurate information that was purchased from data brokers. This information is often based on addresses of people that do not exist or have never existed. This practice severely damages the credibility of mailing businesses. The same is the case here. Instead of relying on paper mail, I suggest donating to a reputable cause such as a food bank, animal shelter, local women’s shelter, or any other organization that aligns with your values. Alternatively, you can advertise in the free to us local newspaper Impact. Please no free meal offers either."

"We were insured with another carrier for over 20 years and switched to State Farm upon moving to Wimberley. The other carrier checks in every now and then providing a quote and yes, the price difference is lower, however comparing apples to apples State Farm offers a more comprehensive, all around, coverage when delving into the finer details examining policy against policy. Allison's customer service is exceptional; she took time from her busy day to navigate me through comparing the policies, pointing out the other carrier's disparities and where State Farm fills in the gaps the other carrier did not, hence worth the price. For the first that I can recall, either house or car, we had to file an automobile incident in 2025 and Allison was efficient, prompt in moving us through the process and provided us with exceptional resources to have the repairs completed."
